Your probably the first owner we have ! ...... so fill your boots and post up TUP

I guess I will post in the Street Twin area until a Street Cup thread is created.

Yes, I too think you're the first owner here.
Very nice TUP TUP

Congrats on that beastie! Full report needed thats a looker hows it run?

Brought her home from the dealer. About 45 miles on the clock. Amazing little bike. Works well at speed. Started throwing it around corners...carefully as the tires are new.
Loving this bike. Taking out in a few minutes again. She is home now.20170702_152817.jpg

Thats a stunning bike ive always liked them and its in the right colours too ....ENJOY !!

That was a very good trade!
I do too - and not just because it's a Triumph.
I think the series of Bonneville engines are very flexible at slow speeds in traffic, but then can really fly out on the highway.
The Cup is a great looking bike and with it's flexible performance there will be many miles of smiles ahead.

I agree, Rocky. I've motored along at 2-3 miles per hour on my Bonneville as easily as at highway speed.

Me too, that's beauty of these engines and why they are so satisfying to ride.

I had a 66 T-120 back in the day. Sweet bike.

Welp. Just got the call from the dealer. Already a recall on the Street Cup. Have to replace a wiring harness in the headlight unit. Has to to with the connection failing when the handlebars are turned. Not a big deal. Just have to take to the dealer.

It's better that they called you about it, than you having to call them about it.

When I bought my Street twin there was a pretty black and grey Street Cup sitting next to it. I nearly bought it instead for the paint job alone, but I was moving to a more upright riding position coming off a Yamaha MT07 with Woodcraft Clip ons. Figure I would have to change out the handle bars. for a lot less money I got the ST, now looking back I realize it may have been cost effective to get the SC with its twin clocks, and jacked up rear suspension, that will cost me a lot of dinero if I change those things out. Miss a tach.
Playing with wrapping part of my tank, just a test,IMG_20170906_150237.jpg IMG_20170906_151022.jpg the pattern is a little too far forward as you can see in the pic.
