Hey ManInTheJar, This is very interesting info to me. I just bought a 2022 T100 and can not find any Dyno spec charts on this newer version of the 900 motor. Supposedly HP peaks at 7,400 but the tach relines at 7K. Triumph neglected to update the tach I assume. However seeing your chart I see the hard stop is somewhere in the 8K range. So if you know has the limiter been in the 8K range on the 900 motors for a while? I thought, without digging into all your posts, that you had a new controller allowing higher RPM's. I've not dug into high performance tricks and info except for simple mods. I am just curious because I don't find much high performance specs and info generally on the web. There may be HP shops out there but I haven't found them. I thought maybe my newer version motor would have a higher rev limiting than pre-2021 900's

My bike had a custom map from Twin Power (Performance and tuning products for air cooled Triumph twins ) to take advantage of the improved breathing on the inlet and exhaust. This included a modest increase of 500 rpm in the rev limit. The dyno printout shows the standard rear wheel output which cuts off at the stock rev limit of 8000rpm and the modified power output which keeps going to the new rev limit of 8500.
The bike was de-catted, had a lot of work on the airbox, including twin entry, and a set of free flowing mufflers.
Thanks for the details. So Triumph updated the 900 motor in 2020-2021 to 11.0 to 1 compression plus a bunch of other internals and apparently higher torque and horse power specs of which no one has produced a chart for. Peak torque and horse power starts higher in the RPM and goes further up the RPM range. It'll probably be another year or so before someone promotes improvement items and then a chart to show the difference. I haven't tried contacting Triumph directly yet. My dealer is more intent on selling bikes than offering specifications.
