I changed out my front tire today. Put everything back on. I did have to spread one caliper shoes a little bit to fit on the rotor. with the engine off or on standing still the front lever hardly moves, but once i get moving the first squeeze the lever will go all the way in , on the second squeeze it will act normal . The brake fluid is one moth old. no signs of any leaks.

That does seem odd but I have no useful thoughts to the cause. Hopefully someone else will come along shortly that can offer a possible cause and remedy.

Maybe just a little air in the line, try firstly putting an elastic band tight over the lever overnight,or if you prefer a cable tie.Worth a try,it has worked for me in the past.
Good luck.

yes it sounds like air has got in the system some how !

NOT Air>>> First thing I tried was bleeding the brakes. It is the sensor. My bitch is that there is no way to turn off the ABS system in case of a emergency. There use to be a proceedure , but the Triumph customer service told me that it is no longer the case.

When you replaced the fluid, did you activate the ABS valves with Dealertool?
