Interesting thing I've noticed on my new Scrambler 1200 XE. When cruising around 50-55mph, I feel a suspension vibration almost like a pendulum - every second it gives a brief 1/2 vibration like I rode over some small bumps. At first, I thought maybe it was just the road, but I've felt it on so...
my 2016 triumph scrambler engine failed on me at 50k due to a bad oil pump gear. Now I’m looking at doing an engine swap.
I know that the Bonnie/ thruxton engines will not work without some wire harness and coil work but since the speed master is a 270 will it work?
I’ve done a little...

A head-to-head comparison this is not, but rather a showcase of two unique models that blur the lines of what adventure-capable motorcycles can look like. Triumph and Moto Guzzi, motorcycle manufacturers from two very different regions of Europe, both have long storied histories with plenty of...
Scramblers are one of my favorite genres of motorcycles these days. I’ve always been a fan of the retro off-road vibe these types of bikes are centered around. The original scramblers, of course, weren’t off-road machines at all, but rather small street bikes chopped down to the essentials for...

I just got my 2009 triumph scrambler a couple of weeks ago. It has 17000 miles and it’s pretty great except a little quirk it has. The bike has a starting issue. I turn on the ignition switch, light turn on, switch on the run switch, Fuel pump engines,(at least that’s what I assume that noise...
This is a question which has probably been asked and answered many times before - but I am a relative newbie and would like some assistance.
Unfortunately, because of work, family and travel commitments, I was unable to ride my 2016 Triumph Scrambler in December, meaning it was parked up...
The main difference between the 2016 Street Twin and 2017 Street Scrambler, and the new 2019 versions of each, is that my Aerostich Roadcrafter suit is much snugger when riding the new ones. On the first day we rode the new bikes from Cascais, Portugal, down the road to Lisbon in the rain...
We seeing a lot of talk laterly over these new models and I really like both of them, so let's hope they become big for Triumph in the furture.

This is the 2019 1200 Triumph scrambler. It's fairly obvious that it was intended to be in direct competition with the new and larger displacement Ducati scrambler.
I've never been an off-road guy so it doesn't appeal to me, but I'm sure many will like it.
We've been customising our Scramblers (and getting some resprays done!) Thought you might be interested in what we've done- please ask if you've got any questions.
On a suspension thread, I indirectly commented about the importance of proper wheel alignment. Here's how I do it. (Applicable to all 790cc & 865cc twins)
First off, in most cases, the stamped alignment marks on the stock rear axle adjusters are off enough to affect the handling of the bike...
