Help! While living temporarily in Las Cruces NM (2019 and 2020) I purchased my 2004 tiger to ride while there. I love the bike but it did not come with a center stand. I went on line and ordered a factory unit with all of the accessories but only the stand and center spring arrived, no brackets, bolts or outer spring. I was contacted and told that the brackets are no longer made. After attempting to order them from multiple sites it appears that this is true. (Perhaps we can mark them "unavailble" on the parts list??) Being an old farm boy I thought I could make them, but without the instructions I am not 100% sure what they mount to. Sadly I am told that even the instructions are no longer available, to which I pretend to cough and say bull-----! Anyway, does anyone have a copy of the factory center stand installation instructions for this bike? Or better yet,, the brackets?

Thank you for any help anyone may have

Try lying down on the ground and looking at the frame behind the side-stand. If the bike was made to accept the optional center-stand the bracket will already be there. Then you would just need metric bolts and washers.

Thank you for the help, the brackets are not there on my bike, but I am pretty sure I can fabricate them and the instructions confirm that I am mounting them in the correct location.
Happy New Year
