When Triumph first revealed their Bobber late last year it was ultimately greeted with warmth and goodwill. The motorcycle industry and its audience can – quite often – seem overly cynical, so there was no guarantee that it was always going to received that way however.

In fact, when the spy shots first appeared on the internet, many commentators were openly hostile towards the bike and the fact that Triumph were even considering making something in that style at all.
But since arriving on the show floors and in showrooms worldwide, potential customers have had a chance to see it in the metal and sales for the new, factory custom have been excellent.
