Chain chatter

Hi, I have a 96 885 steamer. I fitted a new chain and sprockets 4 months ago and have noticed recently that when I apply the front brake from speed, not hard braking, I hear a loud chain chatter, is not there under acceleration or cruising speeds or engine braking, just on applying front brake. Any suggestions welcome.

If your sure it’s chain noise check for a loose sprockets or worn drive cush rubbers .
