Front discs were shot on Angie, worn out below min spec and warped quite badly. I initially ordered Braking discs, but the local supplier is a w@nker so I ended up dealing with some great guys at Trickbitz who arranged Galfer discs for me!
The obligatory 'before' pic:
Hoisting Angie up off the floor after loosening all the bolts:
Here's the replacement bits: rotors, pads and cailiper seals.
Whipped a disc off and checking for flatness and burrs with a fine file:
Gotta clean off the old loctite:
Ready to install the new discs, oooooh they look nice and thick.
Torque up the bolts in a cross pattern, slowing increasing the torque wrench over several rotations:
Both installed and checking the balancing:
Next up the calipers......
