Front discs were shot on Angie, worn out below min spec and warped quite badly. I initially ordered Braking discs, but the local supplier is a w@nker so I ended up dealing with some great guys at Trickbitz who arranged Galfer discs for me!

Hoisting Angie up off the floor after loosening all the bolts:

Here's the replacement bits: rotors, pads and cailiper seals.

Whipped a disc off and checking for flatness and burrs with a fine file:

Gotta clean off the old loctite:

Ready to install the new discs, oooooh they look nice and thick.:y5:

Torque up the bolts in a cross pattern, slowing increasing the torque wrench over several rotations:

Both installed and checking the balancing:

Next up the calipers......

Right, I'd been through two sets of pads with a sticking main piston in the right caliper, time to sort it.

Replacement seal kit from the good men @ TTC!

Caliper off the bike, I can't get the piston out. So I had to split the caliper, urgh.

No amount of compressed air was gonna move this sucker, inside circlip pliers added with air helped me to get it out:

Got them both done, then the exciting art of bleeding brakes. Struggled with this, took 1 litre of cheap brake fluid and two days. Ack!!

Sorted now.

Great smooth brakes again.

One helpfull tip from experience.

ALWAYS USE EYE PROTECTION WHEN DEALING WITH BRAKE FLUID! And keep it off any and all surfaces.
I got two face fulls of fluid, luckily I had safety specs on.
