Changing Streetie Ergos?

I’m considering a Street Triple and an 890 Duke. The Streetie is preferred for several reasons except it’s ergos are not good for my back and knees because it’s a much more crouched forward riding position than I’m comfortable with. Any suggestions about aftermarket bars and foot pegs and whether or not those might satisfactorily make it a bit more upright like the Duke? I know it won’t become a Duke but hoping for some suggestions that might make it good enough ergonomically because I otherwise prefer the triple and really appreciate the Triumph fit and finish.
