Page 179 in the manual shows the mapping and rating for each fuse. The passenger accessory plug (next to the seat lock) is rated as 10 amp. Page 101 about that same outlet says "current that may be drawn through each electrical accessory socket is five Amps". I want to using my Gerbing jacket liner which draws 6.4 amps. I'd rather not use the front accessory socket as I will be using that for my phone and GPS. Has anyone used the passenger accessory socket for heated gear? If not that outlet how have you been hooking up your heated gest?

I tried to use the provided outlets, which worked to a limited extent. My jacket got a tiny bit warm. I used a connector direct to the battery.
