I bought and installed the Delkevic SS oval muffler and mid-pipe today. Love the price, weight savings, looks, and sound with the baffle installed. I did have an issue with the location of the center stand bumper. It is off by about 3/4" from where the stock bumper was, and it is not as thick as the stock one causing contact with the mid pipe metal to metal with the center stand frame. Not good. The Delkevic fitment instructions mentions rotating the mid pipe to align the bumper. In my case, I would have to force the pipe over, then tighten down in a binding position. Not good. I am posting this with the hope that someone else has had and fixed this same issue. 2014 Triumph Tiger Explorer XC. Delkevic part number KIT04EY Stubby 14" Stainless Steel Oval Muffler to fit Tiger Explorer 1200 (2012-2021).

As it has two points where it goes from the cat and then into the muffler, can it be loosened at both ends and rotated a bit to get the bumper to line up with your center stand. Is this a possibility? Looks like it should be from the pics.
Also could you reuse the bumper from the stock pipe as you say it's thicker and would give more space?

I'm a motorcycle technician with 40 years experience. I covered rotating the mid pipe in my OP. Not possible without some very bad forcing and binding.

I was not aware know how much, if any mechanical experience you have. I know you mentioned it in your previous message about the rotation, but thought I would offer a different perspective, as perhaps the upper clamp had not been loosened to allow more movement.
The only other suggestion would be to check with Delkevic and make sure the pipe is the right one for your bike.
GL in getting this sorted.

48 hours after a detailed email to Delklevic support I have crickets. No response so far. Might just back charge my credit card and return the system.
Sucks because I really like it.

Hopefully you'll get a response soon. I am sure they would rather have a happy customer than a bad review.
I am looking for the Arrow system for mine if I can find a good used one. They are not cheap to buy new. Quite a bit lighter than the stock can as well.

The last bike I had with improved exhaust was the purple Kawasaki H2 . The black Wirges didn’t look as nice as the stock chrome and it was to noisy but it cut about .1 seconds off the quarter mile time . Must admit I have a Motone under my Thruxton but keep the stock mufflers , they look fine and none of the very expensive aftermarket’s were delivering more power anyway .I love my Thruxton but the Tigers are better bikes , perhaps a mule compared to a Thoroughbred but gonna look pretty swanky when I get those aluminum radiator guards installed..
