Newbie here.

I bought a Right Pannier rail and bag for my '18 Speedmaster. I look at it and it looks as though my rail would fit the left side of the bike (as it would be sitting on it) instead of what I would assume is the right side. The side with the chain. The rail only fits what I would assume is the left side (but the ride side if you were looking at the bike. How does Triumph decide the sides? As you view if from standing in front of the bike or as you sit on it? Hope this isn't too confusing but it currently looks backwards to me.

TIA

Rick

I think the right and left is decided by as if you are siting on the bike , so looking from the rear .

Thanks guys. I wish there were an easy how to video to add them. I look on youtube and everything was for a bobber, very similar but not exactly the same. I'll look again..

Thanks again guys. Only took me 3 hours to do a 30 min job. I guess experience is the best teacher. I'll cut that in half the next time. ha ha ha. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
