Does Anyone Recognize This Wire?

Last winter I bought a 2013 Triumph Tiger. It has heated grips but not those Trumph Tiger 800 small led lights.

I ended to buy other led lights (there is a thread in here) and have installed them. As I installed the switcher of the lights to the handlebar I noticed this kind of wire under the handlebar (about the same position as where the switcher of heated grips is).
In my understanding all the electronic systems of this bike will work ok ... so I wonder what that wire might be? Does it look familiar? Is it something, which Trumph has installed on the bike? Or is that something, which the earlier owner installed and then took the rest of the system away?
In any case, there are no weird extra (homemade) wires connected to the battery. So I have (not yet anyway) any idea where that goes/ends.

I got the knowledge that it is TomTom Raider cable (navigator). I just miss the rest/the docking station. I actually have old TomTom but it will need USBmicro cable. So that wire is pretty much useless for me.

Of course I just could cut it

And then connect it to something like this:

... assuming now that it will work.
