Hi, in the process of reassembling engine never done one before so good learning curve. My first big mistake was not timing the crankshaft properly with the intermediate cam gears which gave me a mismatched setup with by being half tooth off. So have pulled head off (again) and got the timing right so hopefully the camshaft will time properly this time.Anyone with more experience in this comments appreciated.

Why are you having to strip your engine down?

the bike is supercharged so cant run high compression as boost compensates , cams are standard.its already a 40% power increase over standard.
