It would seem so , none of my bikes have been back into the dealer , the only thing that has changed is the IOS .
Happy days.. be interesting to see if anyone else is on 16.3 and solved the issue?????

My opinion is why? One of the reasons I ride is to not be bothered by my cellphone. GPS is a danger on bikes, we should be looking at the road and all around.

I do prefer less distractions. I’m not that experienced and less is better for me.

Each to their own … but when you are en route to somewhere new , sometimes it pays to have directions, your eyes can stay on the road and the notifications are in your ears ..

I usually stop in a rest spot to check. I think it’s fine others have these options during a drive, I’m just personally not ready for the complexity. Maybe at some point something that can be setup to speak in my ear as you noted. LoL.

As long as everyone rides safe and manages their distractions (and every ride has them) whatever they may be , then all is good . As for this thread.. my Bluetooth connectivity is working , for those that want it , I hope it works too .

I’m glad this issue was resolved. My Thruxton is a bit on the old side, so my options for future adds are a bit less. Perhaps a helmet based option. LoL. Anyway great it’s resolved! Keep us posted on how it works. I’m intrigued.

Well has the all the connectivity issues with the fuel gauge and heated seat been fixed? I am just curious if Triumph finally fixed it. Just wanted to get a quick update from anyone that still has it on their bike.

It is finally fixed!

Triumph called me last November saying that an update was out that should fix the issues. Since there was already snow on the ground, I had to wait until now. My dealer updated the software and everything worked. I then filled up yesterday and the fuel gauge did not disappear! My dealer has been great through the entire process. I wish Triumph had responded better. At least things are working.

Excellent !! The only issue I have with mine now is that I can’t get my GoPro cameras to work with it , but to be fair they are getting on a bit now so it may be a camera issue. My son is buying the latest GoPro so I will try that one.

Do you get the yellow heated seat symbol too? Mine is on red always whether it is in high or low setting?

No good on mine, exactly the same as before. Just a red symbol and a fuel guage that only starts reading once its dropped one bar. The guys at Sutton Motorcycles did check and yes it was the latest update that they applied (they even said it was brand new today).

I am over at Sutton Motorcycles on Friday after I have been over to Hinkley to the factory again so I will speak to them all about it .. remind me what bike it is ? Mine is all sorted now and I put it down to the Apple software which has now been updated , but as far as I am aware the Bluetooth module and phones are all on the latest version . Mine worked fine over the weekend with heated seats and grips on . The petrol gauge does still disappear when over filled but soon comes back as the level drops . That’s a right side failure so I know my tank is full so don’t worry about it . Who did you speak to at Sutton M/C ?

I know Neil well .. I will speak to the guys in the workshop .

If my tank is pretty empty and I overfill , it can take a couple of miles for it to register .. then it goes all the way to the top followed very quickly by dropping all the way to the bottom and out of sight again. As at this stage I know my tank is full so it doesn’t worry me but I have to do about 50 miles before it appears again (near the top) . It has never failed to do so so I’ve never been too concerned . It only happens on my Tiger , I also have the 1200 Scrambler but the same issue has never occurred on that one. My seats work as they should after the last software update so I can’t see why they would use a different update on yours.
