I may be trading the Rocket 3GT for a T120 Icon. I am having wrist and hand problems and the Rocket is a handful, a lighter bike make be needed, that and the Rocket is going to get me a ticket I exceed 100 every time I take her out.

I think you're probably making the right decision if you have hand/wrist problems.
Every heavy bike demands that you be fit enough to physically handle it. The last thing you want to do is drop it and/or hurt yourself.
As the saying goes, "It was fun while it lasted."

Having traded my Rocket III for a Bobber Black I understand and empathize with your decision. My problem was my knees making it hard to hold the beast up or move it around my garage. Of all my bikes the lightest and easiest to move around my garage is the Speed Triple, but like you I become a hooligan on that thing and do wheelies and hit 80 mph in first gear because it will do that and I just can't fight the urge to go prompt stupid. Fortunately I just got a T-Bird, big, heavy, and low to the ground. It doesn't challenge my knees and It's a dump truck compared to my Speed Triple. Don't get me wrong, it's fun but in a slower, more relaxed way.

That said you'll find the T-120 a very competent bike. I finally got a seat that was comfy on mine and it's a great bike overall. Good at everything, just not great at any one thing.

I’ve enjoyed reading and seeing your rocket rides. Fully understand the need to sometimes let go and change to a bit easier to handle. I never had the experience to even contemplate a rocket size motorcycle. I think you will like enjoy the T120. They seem like fabulous motorcycles.

And one the R3 is high end, twice the price of a T120 new. Your best price is likely selling it yourself.

I have it listed for sale. I have a bottom number and if the dealer can not meet that I'll keep the Rocket, it is an amazing bike.

The dealer would only offer $15,500, my bottom number is $17,500 so no deal for a T120.
The service manager is planning to purchase a new Rocket, I am trying to convince him to by mine and save $8000. It just had it's 10K service, new tires 800 miles ago, a Corbin seat and has saddlebags. Seems like a better option than new but it is of course up to him. They can not get my first choice a 2024 stealth Blue. I'll see what the 2025 Icon looks like if they get one in stock. Perhaps by then I'll find a Rocket buyer.

You might want to consider a Speed Twin RS as well. Basically a T-120 on steroids.

You need another bike, like a R3GT. I know of a nice one.

And I'd gladly snap it up (even drive out to NV to pick it up (and visit daughter too)), but my knees don't take kindly to the weight and seat height combo of the newer Rocket, otherwise would have kept my old Rocket III. The only saving grace of the T-Bird I just acquired is its very low seat height makes the weight manageable. That said my last ride on it my knees were barking aftewards, so we'll see if it stays in the stable.

Vector, The elephant in the room may simply be your wrist. At 79 I thought I'd have to get a smaller bike but a ortho surgeon took a look and found I had a median nerve entrapment after years of shop work and under local sedation and new type surgery (small camera on a probe) he was able to free up the nerve in my hand. The XC doesn't feel as heavy now.

I am keeping the Rocket. I paid it down a bit and refinanced to a low payment. I am hoping one of the next two doctors I see have a plan to fix my hands.
