Not Reving

Triumph trophy 1200 1993 Runs but does not want to Rev over five thousand revs when riding .it will Rev when warmed up on the centre stand but only will hit red line once then seems to. Me to sound like it is bogging in or running out of fuel new spark plugs and air filter carbys cleaned

Try riding with the fuel tap on PRE . if it runs ok then you need to rebiuld the petcock with a new diaphragm kit , and check the vacuum pipes for splits or cracks .
If it makes no difference then there are small filters in the T peaces between the carbs at the end of the fuel lines may need cleaning , if its not any of them then your into stripping the carbs down .

Done all that Carbys been pulled down and cleaned out

OK ... then you might want to check your coil packs are not over heating ?

Curios what’s the history of this motorcycle? Might help to know how long you’ve had it and when the issues started? If and when it ran right? I know I left out some questions, but the more you tell us perhaps something will come to mind..
