Hi everyone, Wondering if any one has fitted a Optimate battery tender cable to there America Battery? Attempted it the other day but can’t find a spot for the fuse housing on the cable to sit that doesn’t block the covers going back on. I am going to have another go on my next RDO and try to come in from behind the battery. There is very little room under the battery cover. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you route the wires to another area?

The problem is the fuse is located very close to the connector that attaches to the positive terminal of the batter. No room in front of the battery for it or above. I am going to try routing it through from behind the battery. Was just hoping someone had already solved this proble.

Successfully fitted this today. Managed to fit the small fuse box directly behind the battery positive terminal. It’s a tight fit but it works. The connector end comes out just above the ignition. I think the wiring for the Oxford heated grips is what made it such a tight fit. Also fitted a badge to the battery cover.
