Power Issue Above 5000 Rpm

For some back story I have a 2012 T100 with a airbox delete, power commander, 2-1 tec exhaust and just recently upgraded to a Barnett clutch with the heavy duty green springs.

I noticed yesterday on my ride that anytime I rev above 5000 rpm I am not going any faster and this issue happens in every gear.

Any tips or insight into what could be happening would be much appreciated!

Let me see if I understand what your post said. Above 5000 RPM the bike does not accelerate even tho the RPM's are rising. So if you're going 60mph in 4th gear @ 5000 and you take the engine to redline in 4th you're still doing 60mph?

On the surface (if that's the case) sounds like your clutch is misadjusted. Either you didn't get enough torque on the springs or the clutch lifter piece is out of adjustment.

I upgraded to green springs 7 years ago on ‘09 Bonnie and really noticed a marked improvement in my clutch’s bite.
Were you able to shoot a video? I think it would help to more fully explain the symptom that you’re experiencing.

I’ve been out of town but will be home tomorrow and I’ll grab a video! I’ll have to set up my 360 camera cause it’s much more noticeable around 80-90mph

Hey!! So my dad was messing around with my bike while I was gone and when I got home the problem was solved. He told me I didn’t adjust the clutch after the job
