It was difficult to help, because there was no understandable description of what your trouble was. I'm sorry we disappointed you.

Hi Greyfell
It's a topic that applies to some of us who have short Legs .
So quite a few options exist in the way of lowering kits.
On the Triumph 955i in this instance
However if you Lower the Bike the Side Stand is then to long
And requires shortening ,the Question was by how much.
For example I have lowered mine by 30 mm at the Rear and let the Front Forks come Through the Head Stock by 10 mm
This in turn makes the bike almost Vertical when on the Side Stand
I have cut 10 mm out and re-welded the Stand.
And will let you know the outcome
( I cannot be the only one to look for an answer to the question of how much do I Shorten the Side Stand )
Regards Dave

Well I guess each situation would be different depending on how much you lowered your bike. Would almost have to measure before the suspension mods and check the lean angle on your bike to know how much to reduce the side stand as well.
Glad you got it sorted.
