Description: Superlight, durable genuine carbon fiber Tank Pad supplied complete with self adhesive fixings.

I'm guessing here, but I would imagine it's quite difficult to remove and not meant to be put back on again.

You could always try heating it up with a hairdryer and then pull gently until it's off.

Putting it back on you might need to used some double sided tape.
