Hi - would anyone know the volume of fork oil per leg please?
Just done the seals.
Got a Haynes manual, which gives the oil height (which I will check) but handy to measure it in if you can.

Thanks,

Rich.

Easy to make CHEAP fork oil level tool- Next time you change wiper blades on your car, save those thin metal strips from the old ones. Cut a piece off one about 3-4 inches long. On the other one, you're going to make a sort of cross shaped tool- essentially a dipstick. Scribe a line near the top and measure whatever the level is, scribe another line and add about 10-15mm. Cut to length. Tack weld the short piece at 90deg. to the long one at the top line. What you'll have is a tool that will sit across the top of the fork leg and project down into the leg, marked with the proper oil level. Hold vertically in vise, etc, and fill to level. Cost?- ZERO
.

No drain holes, so you have to take them off and turn upside down to drain, so liquid measurement is not useful anyway.
