Steering stem bearing kit

From white power sports # 22-1053 for a 1994 Daytona 900. It has 3 bearings and 2 seals. Can anyone tell me why 3 bearings when the Daytona has 2?

That must be a misprint ? ..... i cant think how you could make 3 cone bearings work ? .... unless its running 3 standard bearings .

It is not a misprint. They are in the kit i brought

It looks like the headstock has been upgraded during its production and they've beefed up the smaller cone bearing and added in the standard bearing .
Well your never to old to learn something new ! .... so good luck with the fitting and let us know how you get on
