Hi all,
First post here, thanks for a great forum!

I wonder if anyone has some tips regarding a fender elimination kit/tail tidy for my yellow/black TBS -99?
I have found some solutions (maundspeed, motone and maybe some more).
There is a solution from triumphcustomparts with a small fibreglass fender but it is black and I think it looks odd to the yellow fron fender.

As I live in Sweden and like to ride even if the weather is not the best, it's necessary that the protection under the seat is good and protects the frame and electronics.

Welcome! Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with the triple models. I’ve done my own variation on the rear tidy issue using a fender delete kit with a Motone rear fender. I still wanted a fender just not the one that was original to my Thruxton. So I ended up modifying and fitting parts together that gave me the look I wanted. I’m not sure what your intent is and can’t give you better advice than you may need to think outside the box.

Here’s a thread that shows some of my solution and how it protects the wiring.
This is page three, but you can look at the start and get an idea of what I did and how it turned out.

Thanks for the input.
Great work you did on your bike!! Looks fantastic.
The rear subframe is different on the TBS so I dont have the same assortment to choose from.
And I'm not sure how I want the final result to look like yet....
I would also like to have a rear fender, but a lot smaller, but I'm not sure how to do with the colours. I was not going to replace the front fender but I may have to to do that anyway.

Tomas

You may need to do some improvisation too. Look forward to following your solutions. It can be slow and challenging, but you’ll have what you want and the motorcycle will be truly yours.

Keep your options open, your thoughts may change along the way and end looking different than you first envisioned. Design tends to work best that way.

Hopefully some triple owners will chime in. Beautiful motorcycle by the way!
