Where's Carb Drain Screw On '99 TT900 Legend

My Ride
I ride a '99 Legend TT 900
Just wondering. It's spring time after all!
Research shows a drain screw, left side, bottom of float bowl a little left of the black idle adjustment adjustment knob...totally not there.
From the left side, past the idle knob, I can see a screw. Does this drain all 3?

Hi there each bowl has its own drain screw they can be hard to see and get too i cant remember which sides are which , but you do two from one side and one from the other side .
