who's cup is that with a belt?

Saw a street cup in the pics here and noticed it had a belt conversion. Don't have a SC but i may be getting one as a second bike down the road a bit and i'd like to know where the owner got it, how much it costs, and if it changes the gearing at all. Thanks.

If it is Free Spirit, the thing i’m not crazy about is that you have to shave some material from the transmission case.
