Thunderbird 900 Fuel Line

I have a leaking fuel tap when closed. I've broken my leg and can't attempt a full repair. Does anyone know the inside diameter of the fuel pipe. I'm hoping to get the pipe off. Fit a long temporary pipe with a blank or shut off valve until my leg is fixed. Once fixed I can do the repair properly (hopefully). Thanks in advance.

I cant remember the inside diameter ? ... but i do remember that i replaced the fuel lines on two of my early hinckley's and i used standard black fuel line from a motor factors .

I maybe stood to be corrected but I use Tyson clear and the inside diameter is 3/8”?
